FCAS has been pivotal in the forward momentum of our homeowners association at CedarCrest Park Townhomes in Tulsa. FCAS has furnished property management services for Willow Creek III Neighborhood Association in Tulsa, OK since 2018. In that period FCAS has assisted the Association in a complete renovation of the entire property including, roof replacement, mansard’s replacement, wood rot repair, complete paint, asphalt relay, tree trimming and landscaping. FCAS property managers were instrumental in obtaining financing for these projects. The entire staff at FCAS is always very accessible and responsive to any issues that has arisen. The accounting/collection department has stayed on top of all delinquencies to the point the Association is collecting over 99% of budgeted dues. I cannot imagine doing without their property management service.

The FCAS team is extremely professional and their whole team is of the highest standard in their industry. Their knowledge in finding and working with vendors and attaining and vetting bids on all projects has greatly improved the community. We have been able to do more with less money, with better quality vendors and contractors under their property management.
